Your First Login After Registration
Your first login is slightly different from every one after it, because the account is brand new. Registration asks for an email address, a username, a password and your personal details. From then on you can sign in with either the email or the username, plus the password.
What happens on that first visit
- Confirm your email by clicking the link in the welcome message. An unconfirmed email is one of the most common reasons a first login fails.
- Sign in with your email or username and password.
- Set your deposit limits now, while you are thinking clearly.
- Upload verification documents early: photo ID and proof of address dated within the last 3 months. They are usually reviewed within 24 hours.
Write down which email address and username you chose. Many lockouts start with trying an inbox that has no account attached.
If you plan to claim the welcome offer of 200% up to €1,000 + 200 Free Spins, you opt in at the cashier with a first deposit of €20 or more. The promotions page has the details and our terms summary covers the 35x wagering rule.
Signing In Step by Step

Every login after the first follows the same short routine. On desktop the Log In button sits top right; on a phone it may live in the menu.
- Check the address. Use a bookmark or type it yourself. Never sign in from a link in an unexpected message.
- Enter your email or username. Both are accepted in the same field.
- Type your password. It is case-sensitive. If your browser autofills it, make sure it is not an old saved version.
- Enter your 2FA code if you have switched two-factor login on.
- Land in the lobby. Your balance, any active bonus and your limits are one tap away.
One login covers everything: the casino, the live floor and the sportsbook all run from the same account and wallet. If you see an error at any stage, our troubleshooting guide matches the message to the fix. When you are in, you can head straight to the lobby.
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional at Drawsi, but we recommend it for any account that holds real money. With it on, a stolen password alone is not enough to get in: a sign-in also needs the current six-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone.
How to switch it on
- Sign in and open your account settings, then the security section.
- Choose to enable two-factor login.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app.
- Type the six-digit code the app shows to confirm the link.
- Store any backup codes somewhere safe and offline.
Codes refresh every few seconds, so type the one on screen rather than one you read a moment ago. If codes keep being rejected, set your phone’s clock to update automatically; a drifting clock is the usual culprit. Changing phones? Move the authenticator to the new device before you wipe the old one, or contact live chat to reset 2FA after an identity check.

18+ · T&CsMobile Login and Face ID
There is no app to download. The site runs in Safari, Chrome and other mobile browsers on iOS and Android, and you sign in exactly as you would on desktop.
Turn the site into a home-screen app
- iPhone (Safari): tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): open the menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.
The shortcut opens the site full-screen like an app (a progressive web app). Once it is installed and you have signed in with your password once, you can enable Face ID or fingerprint login, so later visits skip typing the password. If 2FA is on, you may still be asked for the code on a new device.
Mobile tips: keep your browser updated, avoid public Wi-Fi when depositing, and switch off a VPN before you sign in, because a location mismatch can block access. Our full review scores the mobile experience at 9.1/10.
Forgotten Your Password?

Resetting a password takes about two minutes.
- Select Forgot password on the login screen.
- Enter the email address registered to the account.
- Open the reset email and click the link. It is valid for 30 minutes.
- Choose a new password you have not used elsewhere.
- Sign in again and update any saved password in your browser or password manager.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you used the address you registered with. If you asked for several links, only the newest one works. An expired link simply means requesting another.
A strong password is long rather than clever: three or four unrelated words beat a short string of symbols, and a password manager remembers it for you.
Locked Out After Too Many Attempts
After five wrong password attempts, the account locks for 15 minutes. This protects you from anyone guessing their way in. The lock lifts on its own; you do not need to contact anyone. Use the wait to reset the password instead of guessing again.
When it is not a password lock
If the message mentions something else, the cause is usually one of these:
- Pending verification: the account may be restricted until your documents are approved.
- Self-exclusion or time-out: a limit you set is still active and cannot be lifted early.
- Location mismatch: a VPN or travel can make access look like it comes from a restricted country.
- Blocked cookies: the session cannot be stored, so the login appears to fail.
If none of these fit, live chat runs 24/7 with a median reply of about a minute. The troubleshooting guide covers each case step by step.
Security Tips That Keep Your Account Yours
Good login habits take a minute to set up and save hours of trouble.
- Bookmark the real site and use the bookmark. Phishing pages copy the look of the comic panels but not the address.
- Turn on 2FA. It is the single biggest upgrade to your account security.
- Never share codes. Genuine support staff never ask for your password or a 2FA code. Anyone who does is a scammer.
- Log out on shared devices and do not let the browser save the password there.
- Watch your email for login or password-change alerts you did not trigger, and reset straight away if one appears.
The site uses 256-bit TLS encryption and PCI-DSS compliant card processors; our licensing and security page explains what that means. With those basics in place, you can sign in and play with peace of mind.
