What This Summary Is, and What It Is Not
Most players tick the terms box in a second and never open the document. Yet that document is where nearly every dispute starts: a bonus voided for a bet that was too large, a withdrawal held because the account was not verified, or a second account closed without warning. This page picks out the clauses at Drawsi that matter most in day-to-day play and restates them in plain English.
Please read this first
- This is our independent editorial summary, not the operator’s legal document.
- If anything here differs from the operator’s own terms, the operator’s terms prevail.
- Terms change. The version published on the operator’s site is always the current one.
- Each promotion has its own specific terms on top of the general rules.
Set aside fifteen minutes to read the full terms and the bonus terms before your first deposit. It saves far longer arguments later.
The terms should also name the operating company. Compare that name with the licensee on the regulator’s public register, as explained in our licensing guide; the about page covers who runs the site.
Eligibility: 18+ and One Account per Person

You must be at least 18 to open an account, and you must live in a country where the site accepts customers. Accessing the site from a restricted country, including through a VPN, breaks the terms and can lead to closure and voided winnings.
One account, in your own name
- Each person may hold one account. The same usually applies per household, device or IP address for bonus purposes.
- The details you register must be accurate and match your documents.
- Deposits must come from payment methods in your own name.
- Duplicate accounts can be closed and any bonuses on them removed.
Already have an account and forgotten the details? Recover it rather than opening a second one; the login guide covers password resets.
Verification (KYC) and Your Personal Details
Like every licensed operator, the casino must confirm who you are. This is often called KYC, short for “know your customer”. Expect to provide:
- A photo ID: passport, national ID card or driving licence.
- A proof of address dated within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
- Payment proof when asked, for example a card photo with the middle digits covered or a wallet screenshot.
Checks are usually completed within 24 hours, and verification must be complete before a withdrawal is paid. The operator may also ask for source-of-funds information at higher deposit levels. Your data travels over 256-bit TLS encryption and card payments go through PCI-DSS compliant processors. Stuck on a check? 18+ · T&CsCasino Bonus Terms: 35x, €5 Max Bet, 30 Days
The welcome offer is a 200% match up to €1,000 + 200 Free Spins on your first deposit of €20 or more, claimed by opting in at the cashier. The rules that matter:
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| Wagering | 35x the bonus amount |
| Time limit | 30 days to complete the wagering |
| Max bet | €5 per spin or round while the bonus is active |
| Game contribution | Slots 100%, live and table games 10% |
| Free spins | 40 a day for 5 days on Sugar Rush 1000, €0.10 each, winnings paid as cash |
A worked example
Deposit €100 and you receive a €200 bonus, so €300 to play. The wagering is 35 × €200 = €7,000 in bets. €10 on roulette counts as only €1 towards that total. Betting above €5 while the bonus is active gives the operator grounds to remove the bonus and its winnings. Other offers, such as the Crypto Combo (35x within 7 days), carry their own terms; see the promotions page. Happy with the rules? Claim the welcome offer.
Sportsbook Bonus Rollover

Sports bettors can take Sports Kick-Off instead of the casino welcome bonus: the first sportsbook deposit is matched 100% up to €150 as a sports bonus. You opt in separately, and because each player gets one welcome offer, choosing this one rules out the casino match.
How the rollover works
- 8x rollover of the bonus amount.
- Only bets at minimum odds of 1.80 count, on singles or combos.
- The rollover must be completed within 14 days.
Example: a €150 bonus needs €1,200 in qualifying bets. A €20 single at odds of 1.75 does not count; the same bet at 1.80 or higher does. Bets that are cashed out early or voided typically do not count towards the rollover either, so check the offer terms before using cash-out on a qualifying bet.
Withdrawals, Limits and Dormant Accounts
Every withdrawal is approved within 8 hours, after which the payment method’s own timing applies: crypto usually under 30 minutes, Skrill and Neteller under an hour, Revolut up to 12 hours, Rapid Transfer up to 24 hours and cards 1–3 days. There are no fees.
- Minimum: €20 per withdrawal.
- Maximum: €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month, higher on VIP tiers.
- Closed loop: money returns to the method you deposited with where possible. Paysafecard cannot receive withdrawals, so another method is used.
- Active bonus: withdrawing before the wagering is complete normally forfeits the bonus.
Dormant accounts
An account left unused for the period set in the full terms is treated as dormant, and an administration fee may then apply. You should be notified beforehand. Withdrawing your balance or closing the account before that point avoids any charge. Our full review rates payments and speed at 9.0/10.
Responsible Gambling and Complaints
The terms commit both sides to safer play. You can set deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session reminders and reality checks, take a time-out of 24 hours to 6 weeks, or self-exclude for 6 months or longer. Limits that make play safer apply immediately, while requests to loosen them usually involve a cooling-off period. How to complain
- Contact support through 24/7 live chat or email and explain the problem clearly.
- Ask for a formal complaint and keep the reference number.
- Gather screenshots, transaction IDs and dates.
- If the final response does not resolve it, follow the escalation route in the operator’s complaints procedure, which may include an independent dispute resolution service or the licensing authority.
Keep everything in writing. Most complaints settle at the first stage when the facts are laid out in order.
