Quick Checks and How to Contact Support
Before digging into a specific problem, spend two minutes on the basics. A surprising number of support chats at Drawsi end with one of these steps, and each takes seconds:
- Refresh the page, or close the tab and reopen the site.
- Update your browser. Old versions struggle with live dealer streams and the cashier.
- Switch off ad blockers and VPNs. Blockers hide buttons; a VPN changes your apparent location.
- Try another connection, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
- Log out and back in to refresh your balance and bonus status.

When Your Login Fails
Most login failures come down to a handful of causes. Work through them in order:
- Caps Lock and autofill. Passwords are case-sensitive, and browsers often autofill an old saved password.
- Wrong identifier. You can use your email or your username; make sure it’s the one you registered with.
- Unconfirmed email. Find the welcome email and click the confirmation link.
- Locked account. Five wrong attempts lock it for 15 minutes. Wait, then use Forgot password; the reset link is valid for 30 minutes.
- Rejected 2FA code. Set your phone’s date and time to automatic and type the code currently on screen.
- Blocked cookies. Allow cookies for the site, or the session can’t be saved.

When Verification (KYC) Is Delayed
Identity checks are normally completed within 24 hours, and on a UK account your age and identity must be confirmed before you can deposit or play. You’ll need a photo ID, a proof of address dated within the last 3 months and, if asked, proof of the payment method you used. When a check takes longer, the cause is usually the image rather than the queue.
How to get it cleared
- Photograph the whole document, all four corners visible, on a plain background.
- Avoid glare and shadows; turn off the flash and use daylight.
- Make sure the name and address match your account exactly.
- Use a recent utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement, not one older than 3 months.
- For a debit card, show the first six and last four digits and cover the middle ones.

A declined deposit is rarely a problem with the account itself. Check these points:
- The minimum. Deposits start at £20.
- Your own limits. A daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit you set earlier may have been reached.
- Card type. Credit cards can’t be used for gambling in Great Britain, so only Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit go through.
- Your bank. Many UK banks let you switch on a gambling block in their app. If you set one, the payment will fail until you lift it — and the block is there for a reason.
- Name match. The card or wallet must be in your own name.

Common hold-ups
- Unverified account: finish the ID checks first.

When a Bonus Is Not Credited
Bonuses almost always go missing for one of these reasons:

When a Game Won’t Load or Access Is Blocked
If a slot freezes or a live table shows a black screen, try these steps in order:
